Medium duty towing in Rancho Cucamonga, CA
Towing for RVs, motorhomes, box and step vans and small buses. Free estimates.
Your delivery van picked rush hour on Milliken Ave to stop cooperating, or your RV decided the I-10 was a nice place for a long rest. Medium duty vehicles need a bigger truck than a car. Splendid Towing Assistance provides medium duty towing across Rancho Cucamonga and the Inland Empire.
Short answer: Medium duty means Class 3 to 6, about 10,001 to 26,000 lbs GVWR: RVs, motorhomes, box and step vans and small buses. Tell us the size and whether it’s loaded, and we’ll send the right truck. Call (909) 757-8831.

What should I tell the dispatcher?
| Detail | Why it matters |
|---|---|
| Vehicle type, make, model and length | Decides which truck we send |
| Loaded or empty | The weight changes the setup |
| Rental or company vehicle? | Some rentals have their own roadside program, so check your agreement |
| What happened | Engine, tires, accident or stuck |
| Drop-off address | A truck shop, an RV shop, your yard or another address |
How do I stay safe with a big vehicle?
- Pull as far onto the shoulder as you can and turn on the hazard lights.
- Set warning triangles behind the vehicle, farther back than you would for a car.
- Keep passengers away from the traffic side.
- In an RV, if you smell propane, turn off the tank valve only if it’s safe to reach, move everyone away and call 911.
- If anyone is hurt, call 911 first.
Before an RV tow: what should I secure?
- Close and latch the cabinets, the fridge and the doors.
- Retract slide-outs, the awning and the steps if they still work.
- Turn off the generator, the water pump and the propane appliances.
- Take medications, documents and valuables with you.
Is it a tow or a roadside fix?
A dead battery may only need a jump start, and an empty tank diesel or gas delivery. If the vehicle slid onto soft ground, a winch-out covers vehicles up to medium duty.
